He loves to take the time to talk to you about your situation. Dennis is direct, very respectful of his and YOUR time. He is meticulous and is VERY hands on from beginning to end. DO NOT hesitate to call Dennis, the minute you think you may need him. Best advice is to call him BEFORE you do.
