- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could leave zero stars! Giselle did try to handle a tax issue for my wife because we needed to file a revised 1040. It cost me $350. The IRS didn't accept it and applied what Giselle said I owed as a payment on the original amount. So, I payed Liberty Tax Sevice for NOTHING! I went by to ask them about it a week ago, even made an appointment. They said they would concact the IRS and call me. I have YET to hear anything from anyone. I have tried calling but can't get through. They are suppose to have a guarantee, I want this fixed or my money back!!! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!By Jeff Meddaugh, January 25, 2017
